Our goal at Whitetail Resort is to provide a total recreational experience so enjoyable that our guests choose to return again and again. It is our aim to treat each and every person who comes through our gates as if they were a guest in our home. If there is anything that we can do to make your visit to Whitetail even better, please don't hesitate to stop by the Guest Service lobby, located on the plaza to the right of the ticket windows, and let us know. Our friendly and experienced team is here to assist you in any way we can.
Beginning October 2nd, the Guest Service lobby will be open 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
and Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon until 4:00 pm.
Season Pass & Advantage Card Purchases
All of our pass processing takes place here. Your picture is taken, and your pass is printed at the Guest Services desk. If you have ordered your pass online or by phone, you can come to the Guest Service lobby to pick it up.

Online Ticket Pick-Up
There is no need to wait in ticket lines anymore. Purchase your lift ticket or Advantage Card ticket online and proceed to our designated Express ticket windows. (Please be aware that these windows are not operated during midweek/non-holiday periods. Simply step up to any open ticket window during these times.)
Lost & Found
Great News! We now have an online system to assist our guests in locating and recovering lost items. By going online to www.chargerback.com, and clicking on "Report Lost Item", guests may place a detailed description of the missing item. If the missing item has been turned in at the resort, a match will be created and we will be able to contact you. Our lost and found items will be updated on a daily basis. Chargerback is a free service to guests however standard shipping charges will apply if you ask us to ship the item to you.
We have three ATMs which are conveniently located in the Guest Service lobby, Day Break Cafe and in the Marketplace.
Lost Locker Key / Ski Check Tag
Have you lost your locker key or ski check tag? Stop by the Guest Service lobby and we can help you. There is a $5.00 charge for lost tag and a $15.00 charge for lost locker key. Our Security staff will assist you in retrieving your items.
We know that car trouble can put a damper on even the best day. Call us if you have a dead car battery, have run out of gas, or have any other vehicular issues. We will provide assistance to help get you on your way home as soon as possible.
During our peak times and holidays, we offer our convenient and complimentary shuttle service. Our shuttles travel the parking lots and will pick you up right at your car, then drop you off at our front circle. Please note that shuttle service runs based on business levels.
There is nothing scarier than losing your child in an unfamiliar place. Let us know as soon as the separation occurs, and we promise to alert both our Security Department and our Mountain Hosts so we can reunite parent and child as quickly as possible.
Our staff will give you thorough directions to local shopping areas and restaurants, as well as to our lodging partners and sister resorts: Liberty Mountain and Roundtop Mountain. All you have to do is ask.
Complimentary Ski & Snowboard Check
There is no need to worry about leaving your equipment unattended. Our complimentary ski and snowboard check, located in the base area, is available from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
We have 127 lockers available for storing your skiing and snowboarding equipment in the lower level of the lodge. Regular lockers are 87 inches high and 18 inches wide. Large lockers measure 87 inches high and 24 inches wide. Pricing for lockers is as follows:
Season pass holders receive a $20.00 discount on lockers.
