Whitetail Ski Patrol Equipment Swap
Do you have some winter sports equipment or clothing that is just sitting around taking up space? Time to do some Fall cleaning and bring it to our Great Outdoors Festival Equipment Swap! It's a great way to sell those unused items and support the Whitetail Ski Patrol at the same time.
How does it work?
Just drop off your equipment (jackets, pants, boots, skis, boards, poles, etc.) at the Day Break Cafe, price it, and fill out some simple paperwork...Then, just let us do the hard work for you!
Drop Off Dates & Times
- Saturday, Oct 21st: 12pm-4pm
- Thursday October 26th: 4pm-8pm
- Friday, October 27th: 1pm-8pm
How Much Do I Get From My Sales?
As this is our Ski Patrol's main fundraiser, the patrol will take a 20% commission on all sales. The seller will receive a check for the 80% difference within 2 1/2 weeks of the sale.
How can I tell if my item has sold and what happens if it does not sell?
If you would like to know the status of your items prior to coming back up to Whitetail, you are welcome to call 410-279-5893 to check. The patrol will be monitoring that phone line beginning on Saturday morning of the swap.
In the event your items do not sell, they will need to be picked up by 4:00 pm on Sunday, Oct. 29th, 2016. Any clothing not picked up will be donated to a worthy shelter. Any equipment not sold will be donated to a charity of our ski patrol's choice.
