15th Annual Great Outdoors Festival
October 24th & 25th, 2015
Help usher in the Fall Season by joining us for a weekend of family fun at our 15th Annual Great Outdoors Festival. The festival will be held on October 24th & 25th, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm each day.
On Saturday, October 24th, we will host our 3rd Annual Car & Truck Show.
Our 4th Annual Whitetail Fall Downhill 5-K Trail Run will be held on Sunday, October 25th.
Live entertainment plus all of your festival favorites will return again this year.
Admission is complimentary for our guests that are renewing, purchasing, or picking up their 2015-16 Season Passes & Advantage Cards. For non-passholders, admission rates are listed below:

- Seniors $5.00
- Kids 6-12 $5.00
- Kids under 6 FREE

Ski & Board Swap
If you are in the market for some gently used winter gear, don't forget to check out our annual Ski & Board Swap during the Great Outdoors Festival. Proudly brought to you by the great folks of Whitetail’s Ski Patrol, this year’s swap will be held:
Saturday, October 24th from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
Sunday, October 25th from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
If you have gear you would like to sell at the swap, stay tuned for posted equipment drop off times and dates.
4th Annual Whitetail Fall Downhill 5-K Trail Run

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RACERS MUST BE CHECKED IN AT REGISTRATION DESK BY 9:00 AM
If you are an avid runner who prefers the technical challenge of a trail run, have we got an event for you. Our 4th Annual 5-K Trail Run will be held on Sunday, October 25th at the Outdoors Festival. PLEASE NOTE: Race registration closes promptly at 9 am to allow racers adequate time for chairlift ride to race start at top of mountain. The race will then begin at the summit at 9:30 am with prizes being awarded to the top finishers. There are 2 ways you can register for this event: you can register via IMAthlete, or if you would prefer to register via mail, please download and complete our

Registration fees are as follows:
$30 now through August 31st
$35 if you register between September 1st through October 25th
$40 if you register on the day of the race.
Race participants will receive a technical T-shirt and admission to the Outdoors Festival.
T-Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations received after October 18th!

Saturday, Oct. 24th - Ragged Edge
New to our festival stage this year, we will be welcoming the local country band Ragged Edge! Taking the stage at 12:30pm and performing until 5pm, this is a band you won't want to miss.
Sunday, Oct. 25th - The Hello Strangers
We are pleased once again to bring you our very own - local grown, sister sounds of The Hello Strangers... taking center stage on Sunday at 12:30 pm. Performing 3 sets of "American folk traditions, modern indie rock, Texas country-folk, and roots rock, all tied together with lilting harmonies that only sisters can create".
