At Whitetail Resort, our goal is to provide a total recreational experience so enjoyable that you choose to return again and again. If there is anything that we can do to make your visit to Whitetail even better please don't hesitate to stop by the Guest Service lobby and let us know. The Guest Service lobby is located on the plaza to the right of the ticket windows.

The Guest Service Lobby is open Monday thru Sunday from 8 am until 10:00 pm.

 

 

Season Pass & Advantage Card Purchases

All pass processing takes place here. You will get your picture taken and pass printed from the Guest Services Desk, or if you have renewed your pass online or over the phone, it will be here waiting for you to pick it up.

Child Care

Whitetail Resort offers a center-based facility staffed by responsible and caring individuals to children ages 6 months to 12 years. Our goal is to provide a fun learning experience for each child who comes to Whitetail Resort so that while their parents are enjoying a great day on the mountain, they also are enjoying a great day of their own.

 

Online Ticket Pick-Up

No need to wait in ticket lines. Purchase your lift ticket or Advantage Card ticket online and proceed to one of our designated "save time" ticket windows.

 

Lost & Found

Items left in other areas of the resort are turned in here. To check on a lost item after you have left the area, please call 717-328-9400 ext. 3599.

 

ATM

Conveniently located in the Guest Service lobby and in Marketplace.

 

Lost Locker Key / Ski Check Tag

Lost your locker key or tag? Stop by the Guest Service desk. There is a $5 charge for lost tag and $10 for lost locker key. Security will assist you in retrieving your items.

 

Lost Car Keys / Dead Car Batteries

We will help you in getting assistance to help restore your battery.

 

Lost Children

We will contact Security and our Mountain Hosts to reunite parents and children.

 

Directions

We can get you anywhere locally from shopping areas to restaurants, as well as directions to and from our sister resorts Liberty Mountain Resort and Roundtop Mountain and our lodging partners.

 

Complimentary Ski & Board Check

Located off the deck in the base area.  Open 7 days a week from 8 am til 10 pm.

 

Basket Check

Store your personal items for only $7.00 a day with unlimited access.  Located in the lower level of the lodge, near the changing rooms and seasonal locker area. Basket Check is open Monday - Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday - Sunday 8 am to 10 pm.

 

Seasonal Lockers

Sixty-seven lockers are available for your skiing and snowboarding equipment in the lower level of the lodge. The lockers are 87 inches high and 18 inches wide. The lockers are available for $165 and $145. Season Pass holders receive a discounted rate of $145 and $125.
