New Trail and Lift Announced For 2008 - 2009 Season - Whitetail Resort has some exciting news for skiiers and snowboarders. This summer we will be adding a brand new beginner trail. The new trail, whose name has not yet been announced, is over 2,800 feet in length and over 80 feet in width. The trail will start at the beginning of SnowPark and end at the bottom of Fanciful offering very unique views of the mountain. This trail will also have lighting for night skiing and riding. Also this summer, we will be adding a double chairlift to service the Jib Junction Terrain Park on Lower Angel Drop. This 1,000 foot chairlift will be well received by freestyle skiers and riders who enjoy spending their day in the park and competing in events.
