Everything is more fun when done with a group, and that includes your favorite winter activities.  At Whitetail Resort, we have you covered for all occasions, whether you are a social organization, a school group, or just a group of friends who enjoy skiing, riding, or snow tubing together.  Our expert Group Sales staff will give you all of the assistance needed from the day you schedule your group until the day you come to the mountain to pick up your tickets. Please Note: The weekend/holiday rates shown below are early reservation discounted rates and are only available by making a reservation no later than 24 hours prior to your visit. Group rates are available to walk-ins, however at a rate that is slightly higher than those shown below. Please stop by the Group Sales counter for details.

Group rates for groups of 15 or more with advance reservations.

Groups with advance reservations receive discounted rates on the following:

Group Lift Ticket

For skiers and snowboarders who have their own equipment and do not require lessons. This ticket provides access to all lifts and slopes open that day.

Group EZ Learn to Ski or Snowboard

This package is designed for beginner skiers or snowboarders ages 8 and up. This package includes a lift ticket for all beginner terrain, rental equipment, and a beginner lesson.  Everyone who purchases this package and completes the first-timer lesson, may be eligible to purchase the Mountain Passport for only $45.00. Lesson is for ages 8 and up.

Group All Mountain Package

This package is designed for the skier or snowboarder who is comfortable on all terrain. This package includes a lift ticket that is valid on all open terrain, rental equipment, and a group lesson. Lesson is for ages 8 and up.

Group Super Saver Meal Plan

Save up to 40% at meal time with the Group Super Saver Meal Plan. Choose between four different meal options and pay only $9.75 per person.
Options include:

  • Chef's choice meal with a fountain drink
  • Deli sandwich or 1/2 sandwich and soup (includes Panini's), fries and fountain drink
  • Cheeseburger or hot dog meal with fries and a fountain drink
  • Personal pizza meal with fries and a fountain drink
  • Chicken fingers with fries and a fountain drink

Options for children 7 and under

Children 7 and under who need to take a lesson must buy their package through the
Kids Mountain Camp. Reservations are required - Call 717.328.9400.

Group Specials

Groups of 20 or more

If you bring a group of 20 or more to Whitetail, your 21st package will be FREE! The group leader also receives a 15% discount in the sports shop and a thank you gift.

Midweek school rates

Tuesday through Thursday, schools save $10.00 on non-holiday daytime rates of both the Group EZ Learn To and the Group All Mountain package. Call 717.328.9400 x. 3517 for details.

Night Midweek school and church rates

Save $5.00 Tuesday through Thursday on both the Group EZ Learn To and the Group All Mountain package. This special is only available non-holiday, midweek after 5 pm.

Return group discounts

Groups who book twice in the same season will receive a 10% discount on all trips before March 1, 2013.

Groups who book twice in the same season will receive a 50% discount on all trips after March 1, 2013.
