To work at the resort you must be at least 16 years of age, unless you worked at the resort previously and have been asked to return, or you are applying for a job as a junior instructor.

We are now currently seeking applications for the positions of: 

Lift Attendants and Operators

Lift Attendants and Operators are responsible for the preparation of lifts before opening to the public, responsible for the safe and orderly operation of the lift during operating hours and properly closing the lift each night.  Lift Operators and Attendants are the most noticed employees at our resort and are in more direct contact with our guests than any other staff members.

 A friendly and courteous personality is a must.

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old to operate a chairlift.
  • Must successfully complete the Whitetail Lift Operations Training Course.

 Ski Patrol Supervisor

Whitetail Resort is currently seeking a Ski Patrol Supervisor.  This position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of shift operations for the Ski Patrol, as well as Mt Safety and First Aid Staff.


*Current Outdoor Emergency Care Technician

*Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer

*Min 3 years patrolling experience/supervisory experience

*Expert Level Skier or Snowboarder

Guest Services Representative

Full-time and part-time availability from October through March.  Duties include, selling and processing our passes, selling lift tickets, and reconciling their bank at the end of each shift.  This position will also be responsible for Lost and Found and provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to all guests and employees.  The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, computer literacy, organization, and guest service skills.  In addition, this position requires the ability to adapt effectively to a fast paced work environment of constant change dictated by guest demand.  We are a guest driven organization and are looking for a candidate who possesses this philosophy.  Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.  This is a winter seasonal hourly position that will start in October.


 Night Shift Custodial Supervisor

Applicants must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 pounds.  The successful applicant will have Custodial/Housekeeping experience, management/supervisory skills, excellent communication, a team player, and available weekends and holidays.  This is a winter seasonal position that will start in November.
